# 1.3. Cấu hình caresoft

## Phần caresoft này chính là khung chat Hỗ trợ trực tuyến trên phần mềm.

Quý khách có thể điền thông tin domain, token, service ID của đơn vị chăm sóc khách hàng của mình, sau đó ấn **Lưu cấu hình**.

Trong mục đường dẫn đầu trang, quý khách ấn vào **thêm URL** để điền tên và link URL của phòng ban phụ trách và ấn **lưu cấu hình**

Trong mục tín dụng, nếu muốn áp dụng mức tín dụng cho khách hàng, bạn điền số tiền muốn áp dụng vào hạn mức tín dụng và ấn **lưu cấu hình**
