## Mục đích: Xác định số IP phone của giao dịch viên trên caresoft

**Bước 1:** Để thay đổi cấu hình cá nhân, từ thanh menu, quý khách chọn cấu hình => cấu hình cá nhân

**Bước 2:** Tại đây, quý khách có thể thêm hoặc thay đổi số IP phone của giao dịch viên trên Caresoft
