# 7. Danh sách đơn vi phạm chính sách

## Mục đích: Để theo dõi tình trạng các đơn đang vi phạm chính sách của khách hàng

**Bước 1:** Từ thanh menu, quý khách => đơn hàng => đơn vi phạm chính sách

**Bước 2:** Trên giao diện chính, để tìm kiếm đơn vi phạm chính sách, quý khách nhập mã đơn hàng, lọc người mua… rồi ấn **Lọc**
