# 8. Cấu hình gửi thông báo ticket sắp hết hạn

**Mục đích**: Chức năng này cho phép Owner của dự án có thể cấu hình việc gửi thông báo nhắc nhở ticket sắp hết hạn

**Bước 1**: Người dùng truy cập Menu Cài đặt/Cấu hình thông báo

**Bước 2**: Check chọn "Cho phép thông báo" nếu muốn thiết lập việc gửi thông báo và lựa chọn tần suất gửi thông báo phù hợp. Thông báo sẽ được gửi vào 9h sáng hằng ngày theo tần suất
