# 4. HD tạo Yêu cầu giao hàng từ admin

*(Trường hợp nhân viên CSKH hỗ trợ Khách tạo yêu cầu giao hàng từ hệ thống Admin).*

**Bước 1:** Vào menu => Chọn yêu cầu giao (1) => Tạo yêu cầu giao (2) => Điền username hoặc mã khách cuả khách hàng (3) => Bấm tìm kiếm (4)

**Bước 2:** Chọn đơn/kiện hoặc toàn bộ đơn cần giao (5) => Ghi chú cho kho nếu có (6) => Chọn Giao những kiện này (7).
