# 1. Phân đơn YCTT

**Bước 1:** Vào Menu => Chọn yêu cầu thanh toán (1) => Tại mục Yêu cầu thanh toán, chọn mã YCTT đang chờ xử lý để phân đơn

**Bước 2:** Tại cột Người tiếp nhận, Chọn user/nhân viên tiếp nhận (2) => Bấm chọn vào user nhân viên chỉ định việc xử lý YCTT (3) \_ (\*Lưu ý: bấm chọn vào phần tên tài khoản màu đậm hơn bên trái)\_

Sau khi chọn thành công, hệ thống có thông báo như hình:
