# Công cụ chat, đàm phán shop

## 1. Làm sao để chat được với shop trước khi đặt đơn trên [Taobao Global](https://distributor.taobao.global/)?

* Nhập link taobao hoặc tên cửa hàng của Nhà cung cấp vào khung tìm kiếm của công cụ IM

* Tiếp tục click vào **Kích hoạt hội thoại/激活对话**, lập tức hiện ra khung chat shop cần trao đổi.

## 2. Xử lý vi phạm của [Taobao Global](https://distributor.taobao.global/)

Khi hiển thị như hình sau, có nghĩa là tài khoản đã có vi phạm trong quá trình trao đổi, bị [Taobao Global](https://distributor.taobao.global/) xử lý cấm chat.
