# Kiểm hàng

**HƯỚNG DẪN THỰC HIỆN KIỂM HÀNG**

**1. Mục đích:** Kiểm tra số lượng các sản phẩm nhận được trong kiện hàng

**2. Các bước thực hiện:**

**Bước 1:** Truy cập vào Menu chọn kiểm hàng -> nhập/quét mã kiện tại ô Mã quét

**Bước 2:** Cập nhập số lượng sản phẩm đếm được vào ô số lượng trong kiện

\*Lưu ý: Có thể bấm vào nút nhận đủ trên từng kiện, hoặc nút nhận đủ tất cả sản phẩm trên kiện.

*-* Trường hợp kiện hàng có phát sinh trong quá trình kiểm cần chờ xử lý (ví dụ thông tin sản phẩm trên đơn hàng chưa kê khai, hàng không vận chuyển được cần trả…) -> bấm chọn lý do để đánh dấu kiện sai/lỗi như hình:

*-* Cách tìm lại các kiện sai/lỗi đã được đánh dấu: Menu -> Kiện hàng (1) -> Danh sách kiện (2) -> Kiện lỗi (3) -> Chọn lý do lỗi (4) -> Tìm kiếm (5).
