# Nhập hàng theo SKU

### Mục đích

* Nhập thêm số lượng hàng hoá vào kho khi nhập hàng 
* Nhập thêm hàng hoàn vào kho (tạm thời)

## Hướng dẫn

**Điều kiện**:

* Vận hành nhận được danh sách đơn nhập từ đơn vị mua hộ
* Vận hành nhận được danh sách hàng mà đơn vị khác chuyển hàng đến kho (chuyển kho)
* Vận hành nhận được thông báo hàng hoàn (tạm thời)

**Bước 1**: Từ menu bên cạnh, Truy cập Vận hành kho -> Nhập hàng theo SKU

**Bước 2**: Click vào import sản phẩm, và tải về file mẫu

**Bước 3**: Nhập danh sách SKU và số lượng vào file

**Bước 4**: Chọn kho phù hợp và upload file lên

**Bước 5**: Có thể chỉnh sửa lại số lượng nếu cần, và Lưu lại bằng cách ấn Save. Tại bước này, phiếu đã được lưu lại ở trạng thái "Nháp", và hàng chưa được nhập vào hệ thống quản lý kho.

**Bước 6**: Vào Chứng từ -> Phiếu nhập, sẽ xuất hiện một chứng từ mới ở trạng thái "Nháp". Click vào mã phiếu nhập để xem chi tiết

**Bước 7**: Khi kho nhận thông tin, chỉnh sửa số lượng thực nhận và xác nhận nhập hàng. Sau khi xác nhận nhập hàng, số lượng tồn kho sẽ được cộng thêm theo phiếu nhập.

*Nếu phát hiện chứng từ có nhiều hơn/ít hơn số lượng SKU cần nhập. có thể huỷ chứng từ và tạo lại cái mới*
