# Đánh giá ticket

**Mục đích**: Để nâng cao chất lượng vận hành, chúng tôi rất mong muốn nhận được các phản hồi về việc xử lý các Lỗi/Cải tiến tiếp nhận từ phía KH. Vì vậy mỗi một ticket khi xử lý xong sẽ có chức năng Đánh giá cho phép khách hàng xếp hạng sao và nhập thông tin bình luận của mình.

**Bước 1**: Khi khách hàng chuyển ticket sang trạng thái cuối cùng, hệ thống sẽ hiển thị giao diện đánh giá cho phép khách hàng nhập thông tin đánh giá của mình

**Bước 2**: Thông tin đánh giá sẽ được hiển thị ở ticket và cho phép Người tạo ticket cập nhật bằng cách click vào button "Đánh giá". Việc đánh giá sẽ được ghi lại ở lịch sử thao tác của ticket
